Breakfast is served in next door, across the joint car park. Very good selection of hot and cold food. Did spot the Deluxe yoghurts were from Lidl's, as I get these myself. For a cooked breakfast option, the egg (fried or scrambled) is cooked fresh for you. The female staff were spanish and good at clearing away items from table. The coffee is excellent. The tiered holder for all tiny pots of Tiptree jam, marmalade and chocolate sauce was sweet. And tiny pots of ketchup and HP sauce too! The room was very comfortable and clean. The windows kept the traffic noise very quiet. And it's a busy A road.

Lovely room at the front of the house. Very comfortable double bed and a single. The usual kettle but also a mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was served next door at the sister hotel and was very good, plenty of variety etc, but what made it great was the wonderful staff, especially Deena. The owner, Ray, was always about and someone always on reception should anything be needed or a question answering. My daughter and I had a great stay and we would definitely recommend staying here. It's a nice 20 minute walk to the centre of Chester too.

Greeted by the friendly welcoming host. Shown to our room, talked through all facilities, breakfast etc. Wonderful walk in double shower, really comfortable bed in a bright airy room. Fabulous choice at the help yourself buffet breakfast. We had cooked, which was superb. Local farmers eggs were exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional and quick. Plenty of parking. Easy to get a bus into the city centre and back. And the weather was great!

Excellent place to stay from arriving it was evident this establishment is well kept and maintained. Everything is a stones throw away and the accommodation in my opinion is faultless. Staff were friendly and inviting from checking it to checking out. Parking though a little snug was ideal as it's literally on the doorstep. Definitely recommend and if I'm ever over in Chester in the future I'd have no hesitation in booking here again.

A christmas break in Chester made perfect by Chester Guest House. You walked through the front door and the smell of Christmas hit you. Everywhere was beautifully decorated.. real christmas trees! Immaculately clean... gorgeous fluffy towels.. bedding. Comfy beds! Delicious breakfast. We will come back next Christmas.
